                    Announcement



New ephemerides on variable stars are published only if
major revision of the current ephemeris has became
possible on the ground of new observations.
Therefore the elements of the stars and consequently
the O-C values will not appear in the "Times of minima"
papers.

In case of a major change of the period
either a short note to the "Observations of /
Information on Variables" section (also in tabulated form
for a list of objects), or a full, detailed
paper to the main section, can be submitted.

New variables and/or new ephemeris of variables
resulting exclusively from data mining will be published
in the future in collected forms, that are printed
once in every 100 issues.

Normal minima times from data mining are not accepted.
