   PROGRAMME OF COOPERATIVE FLARE STAR OBSERVATIONS FOR 1976



     The Working Group on Flare Stars after consultation with
the Nuffield Radio Astronomy Laboratories, University of Manchester 
announces the following programme of cooperative optical and
radio observations for the period 18 November to 1 December 
inclusive:


           UV Ceti 18h 00m to 23h 30m UT
           YZ CMi  23h 30m to 06h 00m UT
