  PHOTOELECTRIC OBSERVATIONS OF THE FLARE STAR BD + 16d2708
   DURING THE 1971 MARCH 20 - APRIL 2 INTERNATIONAL PATROL

      The preliminary results of BD + 16d2708 photoelectric observations
carried out at the stellar station of the Catania Astrophysical Observatory 
according to the IAU Working Group on Flare Stars (Andrews, et al. 1971) are
here reported.
      In Table 1 the detailed coverage is given. During the 16.1 hours of
observations no flare activity was detected,
