     PHOTOELECTRIC OBSERVATIONS OF THE FLARE STAR
                YZ CMi JANUARY 1971



      YZ CMi was monitored with the 41 cm reflector
using the photoelectric photometer, at R.F. Joyce Memorial
Observatory, West Melton, near Christchurch, New Zealand.
During 11 hours 41 minutes of monitoring no flares greater
than the uncertainty in readings of +-0.05m, were observed.
