        PROGRAMME OF COOPERATIVE OBSERVATIONS
             OF FLARE STARS FOR 1970


      The Working Group on Flare Stars will continue to
operate in the year 1970. From consultation with members of
the international network an observing schedule for 1970
has been prepared as follows:

V 1216 Sgr              June 26 - July 10
EV Lac                  August 23 - September 9
UV Cet                  September 22 - October 9

Additional Programmes

Wolf 424                April 29 - May 13
V 645 Cen               May 28 - June 12

Further suggestions and requests for special programmes by
the international network should be addressed to the Chairman 
of the Working Group. Acquaintance with the "Proposals
to Flare Star Observers" (Ref.1)  may be useful to persons
intending to join the Working Group.
