           IMPROVED AND CURRENT ELEMENTS FOR
                      50 CEPHEIDS


        The following elements were derived from published and 
unpublished data in the course of a study of the phase lag of the 
luminosity-curve behind the velocity-curve for Cepheids (see Astr.
Circular USSR, N 311, 1964). Many of the Cepheids were simultaneously
searched for variability of their periods. Detailed data will be 
published in another paper.
