              OBSERVATIONS OF AL CAM


    Observations of AL Cam = BV 38 = BD +51deg382 by BAV-members
 in 1965 September and October show large negative O - C1 against
 the elements given by Strohmeier in KVB 23, 1958:

        Min = JD 24 26411.511 + 1.328 343day . E

 Our minima, listed in the following table, together with the
 observations in KVB23 lead to the new elements:

        Min = JD 24 26411.523 + 1.328 333 35day . E

 O - C2 are the deviations from the new elements.

   The lightcurve bases on visual observations by W. Braune,
with dots representing sliding averages of 4 individual estimates.
Comparison stars are marked on the accompanying chart. The time
of minimum is

        Tmin = JD 24 39029.362 +/- 0.001day

"D" lasts about 4 hours, but "d" is uncertain.
