               THE ELEMENTS OF THE VARIABLE STAR
                        16.1929 SAGITTAE


     The star is No. 4577 in the Catalogue of Stars Suspected of
Variability (Moscow 1951) = SPZ 201 = BD + 18deg4005 (9m.4), According 
to R. Weber (JO 46, 105, 1963) the star is variable between 11.0
and 12.0 magnitudes; he suspected EB type.
     Estimates on Bamberg plates confirmed Weber's suspicion
and led to the following elements:
